With both feet firmly planted in the terroir of Southern California, Chef Louis Pechan presents a late summer meal possible only In Los Angeles.

You asked for another beautifully presented six-course meal showcasing the most delicious local produce, our naturally leavened whole-grain breads and our house-made cheeses along with amazing, responsibly raised local meats and great California wines, and we're bringing it on September 16th!
