The most delicious early spring produce and foraged wild greens and mushrooms all presented to reflect the beauty of LA's natural and farmed terroir will be featured in this meal along with (as always) our naturally leavened whole-grain breads, fermented and pickled vegetables, house-made cheeses, and vinegars all made using wild yeasts, responsibly raised local meats and great California wines.
